Choose the best board game, video game, and RPG of the year.
The nominees for Board Game Geek’s annual Golden Geek Awards were announced last night and voting is now open. Anyone with an account on Board Game Geek who either supports BGG with a donation or pays 20 Geek Gold (the site’s virtual currency) can participate.
The awards cover tabletop games released in 2014 as well as RPGs and video games. There are 16 awards categories in board games alone, so you’ll have plenty to keep you occupied as you make your selections.
Here are the nominees for the Golden Geek Best Board Game of 2014:
Castles of Mad King Ludwig
Dead of Winter: A Crossroads Game
Kanban: Automotive Revolution
Legendary Encounters: An Alien Deck Building Game
One Night Ultimate Werewolf
Pandemic: The Cure
Roll for the Galaxy
Sheriff of Nottingham
Star Wars: Imperial Assault
Xia: Legends of a Drift System
Voting ends February 22. You can view the full list of nominees in all categories here.
